Loss is possible
You may lose some or all of the capital placed at risk. Leverage can increase both gains and losses.
Risk Disclaimer
Trading leveraged financial markets can produce rapid and substantial losses. RTH provides education, analysis and related services, but no page, lesson, signal, tool, testimonial or service can remove market risk or guarantee an outcome.
You may lose some or all of the capital placed at risk. Leverage can increase both gains and losses.
Education, analysis, signals and tools can support a process but cannot guarantee profitability.
You decide whether to trade, how much to risk, which broker to use and whether a market idea suits your circumstances.
Read this Risk Disclaimer before using RTH trading related content or services. If you do not understand or cannot accept the risks, do not trade live capital based on the material.
Foreign exchange, commodities, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. A relatively small market movement can produce a much larger effect on the capital committed to a position.
You may lose some or all of the money placed at risk. In some products or jurisdictions, losses or obligations may exceed the amount initially committed. Understand the broker terms and product structure before trading.
Before trading, consider your financial position, objectives, experience, knowledge, risk tolerance and ability to absorb loss. Do not trade with borrowed money, emergency savings, rent, school fees, debt repayment money or funds required for essential living expenses.
If you are unsure whether trading or a particular product is suitable, seek advice from an appropriately qualified independent professional who understands your circumstances.
RTH programmes are designed to improve understanding, structure, decision making, risk awareness and review. Completing a course, Mentorship plan or Bootcamp does not guarantee that you will become profitable.
Results depend on many factors, including your knowledge, discipline, execution, risk controls, capital, psychology, broker conditions and changing market behaviour.
Where RTH provides market insights, scenarios, setups or signals, they form part of the learning and market analysis environment. They are not instructions that remove your responsibility to assess the trade, position size and risk.
A setup can fail even when the analysis was reasonable at the time. Market conditions can change after an idea is published, and execution prices can differ between brokers and users.
Past trades, account histories, testimonials, student comments, examples and historical results do not predict future performance. Individual outcomes vary.
Hypothetical, simulated or educational examples have limitations and may not reflect spreads, fees, slippage, liquidity, execution delay, psychology or other conditions present in live trading.
Technical structure, liquidity, price behaviour, fundamental analysis, economic releases, institutional concepts and timing frameworks are analytical tools. None can determine future price with certainty.
Economic data can be revised, expectations can change, liquidity can disappear and price can react differently from a reasonable scenario.
If RTH accepts you into Account Management, the service does not eliminate trading risk. No profit level, monthly return, capital protection or recovery outcome is guaranteed.
The client must still be able to tolerate drawdown, uncertainty and the possibility of loss. The specific service documents and risk disclosures govern the Account Management relationship.
Account Management is selective and may not be available to every applicant or in every jurisdiction.
Copy Trading and automated or rules based execution can introduce additional execution, connectivity, model and market risk. Automation can repeat losses as efficiently as it repeats profitable actions.
Where an RTH page or feature is marked unavailable, Coming Soon or otherwise not active, it does not create a live execution relationship or paid entitlement until RTH expressly activates the service.
Trading tools, decoders, calculators and AI assisted features can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect or overtaken by changing market conditions. They should be used as supporting information rather than certainty.
Examples or scenarios shown for a feature that is not active are not live market instructions unless RTH expressly identifies them as such.
Cryptocurrency markets can be highly volatile and may involve custody, network, regulatory and technology risks. Sending a digital asset on the wrong network or to the wrong address can result in irreversible loss.
Using Cryptocurrency as a payment method for an RTH service does not mean RTH recommends Cryptocurrency as an investment.
Trading products, leverage limits, broker access and managed trading services can be regulated differently across countries. It is your responsibility to understand restrictions that apply to you and to use services only where lawful.
You are responsible for your trading account, broker choice, risk per trade, leverage, position sizing, execution and decision to follow or reject any market idea. You should independently evaluate information before acting on it.
Never interpret confidence, educational clarity, an AI response, a signal, a market scenario or a strong thesis as certainty. Protecting capital requires accepting that valid analysis can still lead to a losing trade.
By using RTH trading related content or services, you acknowledge that you have read this Risk Disclaimer, understand that losses are possible and accept that no profit or capital outcome is guaranteed.
If you do not understand or cannot accept these risks, do not trade live capital based on the material.
